Our Mission
To provide the traveling public with clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation.
We are committed to the continual improvement of our facilities and services under our own maintenance and refurbishment program and participate in the Budget Motel Chains ongoing Quality Assurance Program.
We recognise the expectations of our Budget guests, and are also mindful of our commitment to affordable tariffs. We like to refer to this balance as value for money.
Guest Information
The In-Room Compendium contains
information on: local food outlets, location of nearby attractions, hire of microwaves, iron and hairdryer and the use of the Guest laundry. Please see Reception if you have any queries regarding any of the above.
Comfort Control Policy
At the Pavlos we have Comfort Control. We ensure that you, our guest, get value for money. As a member of the Budget Motel Chain we guarantee the following comfort requirements:
Good, clean accommodation and adequate furnishings
Comfortable beds, Ensuite Bathroom
Rooms serviced 7 days a week
Tea/Coffee making facilities, Breakfast availability
Television, Refrigeration
Car parking on site
Security on all exterior doors
Appropriate Heating and Cooling
Clock Radio, Facsimile machine
Booking and Cancellation Policy
When booking accommodation at the Pavlos, you "the customer" agrees to the following terms and conditions:
To secure a confirmed booking, credit card details are required as security for accommodation charges.
This secures the room for the period of your intended stay and guarantees your room upon arrival.
Tariffs are calculated at the selected room rate and do not include charges for extra person or cot hire.
A Confirmed booking will be held until 10:00am the next morning and the customer will be charged for the night's accommodation if no cancellation notification is received within 24 hours of check-in.
Please note:
During Holidays, Peak Periods & Special Events-
In the event of a confirmed cancellation prior to 24 hours before your arrival date we will endeavor to relet the room, which is usually possible, and in this case you will be charged a 10% booking fee that we incur to relet the room. If we do not relet the room then you will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation of the booking.
In the event of a confirmed cancellation within 24 hours of your arrival date you will be charged a fee of one night's accommodation of the booking. This policy is necessary to cover the inability to relet the room at that late stage.
Failure to show on the booked date will incur a fee equivalent to the accommodation charges for the period of the booking.
No refund will be given for cancellation of a booking after Arrival.
Non Special Events Dates-
In the event of a confirmed cancellation prior to 24 hours before your arrival date no fee will be charged.
In the event of a confirmed cancellation within 24 hours of your arrival date you will be charged a fee equivalent of one night's accommodation of the booking however, that amount will be offered as a credit for future accommodation charges.
Failure to show on the booked date you will be charged a fee equivalent of one night's accommodation of the booking.
A credit card or cash deposit is required on check-in, and is fully refundable upon checkout and key return.
Times
Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. Charges for late check-out will apply.
Reception hours are from 7:00am - 9:00pm.
Safety and Security
In the interest of Safety and Security, rooms will only be let to those guests who can provide photo identification and a current address to assist in the recovery of any additional charges involving property damage, industrial cleaning or loss of a room key.
A customer must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation.
We suggest you consider travel insurance to cover any losses resulting in unforeseen circumstances which alter your travel plans.
While we always regret the necessity to impose charges upon guests who do not use the accommodation, we have found it necessary to impose these charges in the hope that it will encourage guests to assist us in advising of any changes to their travel plans early enough to allow us to relet the room with minimal loss.
